Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Workforce Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing and community outreach within Talent Acquisition, workforce planning and development and community partnerships for Catholic Health. The specialist will work closely with leadership to identify and address the gaps existing between competencies the workforce currently possesses and future competency requirements. The specialist will look for areas of opportunity for growth, recommend solutions, and develop programs for our current workforce and future workforce. The specialist will partner and build relationships with outside organizations within the community as well as work with local high schools and colleges to develop partnerships and a talent pipeline.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors Degree is required

EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) years of HR, Talent Acquisition or workforce development
• Experience with data collection, outcome evaluation and reporting methodology

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
