Provides patient care under MD referral and according to the plan set by the Physical Therapist. Maintains required documentation and professional relationships with patients, families and staff. Adheres to MMC/department policies and procedures and JCAHO/regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times.

Qualifications;Minimum Associates Degree (PTA)
Health care experience preferred
Current NYS license or valid limited permit. BLS Required
