3 West is a unit specializing in the delivery of individualized nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs. With a primary focus on vascular, bariatric, OB/Gyn, spinal, urologic and general surgery, our caregivers utilize a team approach to ensure the delivery of quality care to all patients who are hospitalized for illness, surgery or testing and observation. Nurses partner with medical providers, pharmacists, physical/occupational/speech and respiratory therapists to develop comprehensive care plans focused on the prevention of post-operative complications, safety and attaining positive patient outcomes.

3 South cares for the cardiac inpatient, observation, and stroke populations. The observation rooms on the unit are a combination of semi and private rooms. The length of stay of the observation patients can be 12 to 36 hours. If the patient meets inpatient criteria, they are moved and admitted to an inpatient bed. This unit is where all remote telemetry is located and the monitor tech can monitor up to 40 patients at one time. The unit provides high-quality care and has a focus on patient-centered care.

NIGHTS 11.5 hour shifts: 7p-7a

Both full time and part time positions available!

Sign on/Retention Bonus up to $25,000 for Experienced RN’s hired into an overnight position
Sign on/Retention Bonus up to $13,000 for Graduate Nurses hired into an overnight position
