Summary:
The Application Analyst, Accounts Payable will be responsible for all functional application management of ERP - Lawson and Perceptive document management solutions. Position will work closely with Catholic Health Information Systems to provide technical support for Accounts Payable function which will include the following activities, (a) Vendor Master Maintenance including W9 / 1099's, (b) Vendor Payment processing (paper & electronic), (c) EDI monitoring, (d) report generation and maintenance, (e) participation in application upgrades, (f) electronic file maintenance (ACH, BIP, etc.), and (g) month-end processing. This role will also manage functional and end-user training. While reporting through Catholic Health Treasury, this positon will include a matrix reporting relationship up through the Director of Budget / AIS. This role will also perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Treasury to meet day to day operational needs of the department including special projects and process problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION

• AAS in Accounting or Business -OR-
• Minimum five (5) years related work experience accepted in lieu of Associate's Degree with emphasis on technical applications
