Job Title: Interventionist

Program: Prevention Program

Salary: $53,000- $55,000 (Based on experience and education)

General Responsibilities:

CGS is looking for a Passionate & Experienced interventionist for our prevention program. As a interventionist you will work with youth and family to assess and monitor progress in accordance with the three phases of the FFT-CW model: Engagement/Motivation, Support/Monitor, and Generalization. During the second phase, the Interventionist will work with the parent and/or youth to identify areas of change, then practice and implement interventions accordingly.

Required Skills:

• BSW or Ba/BS in related field
• Experience with specific client population or specialty (criminal system, community outreach, substance abuse, etc)

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated cross cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a variety of people
• Demonstrated ability to complete written reports and maintain resource date.
• Bilingual Spanish a Plus!
