Job Title: Fee for Service Psychotherapist

Program: Family Support Services

Salary: $30.00 hourly

General Responsibilities:

Provides clinical assessment & diagnosis, crisis assessment/intervention support, and psychotherapy (opportunities for training to provide prescribed evidence-based modalities as available and applicable to consumer populations). *The position requires a minimum 10-hour commitment per week. However, if a candidate is willing to take on more hours per week the program can offer up to 25 hours weekly. *All hours billed will count towards clinical hours for LCSW or LMHC credentialing. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct mental health assessments, diagnosis, and intake
• Screen for trauma and safety concerns as applicable
• Support an assigned caseload for psychotherapy that demonstrates consumer co-collaboration in defining measurable treatment goals for functioning and stability; and treatment termination.
• Provide ongoing individual, group, and/or family counseling as applicable to role
• Practice within the scope and adherence of any evidence-based model utilized when treating consumers (as applicable to receiving EBM training and when prescribed to consumer)
