- Promote skill advancement and partnership opportunities with youth programs.

- Implement safety measures to protect all participants and maintain the condition of school facilities and equipment.
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
- Knowledge of football rules and strategies.
- Completion of a basic background check.
- Maintenance of a current CPR certification throughout employment.
