- Oversee the weekly Children’s Liturgy of the Word during the Sunday 8:30am and 11:00am Masses.
- Plan, coordinate, and teach Little Lambs Preschool Storytime program.
- Understand and uphold the teaching of the Catholic Church, being a role model of Christian love, faith, and virtue.
- Maintain a clean and inviting classroom environment, including inventory and upkeep of materials.
- Direct assistants.
- Exhibit sound decision making processes and strong communication skills with the pastor, staff, and families.
- Support Faith development of parents and give them resources to help them nurture the faith of their children.
- Ongoing Catechetical training.
- Must be a practicing Catholic, active in a parish.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Participate in staff activities, days of prayers, staff development, and parish activities
