The qualified candidate will be primarily responsible for faith formation of High School age youth in grades 9-12. Even though we do not have a parish grade school

The candidate will also be expected to collaborate with our director of faith formation and pastoral staff to develop an Edge program for our PSR middle school age children in grades 7 and 8 to prepare them for active involvement in High School youth ministry.

The youth ministry program enjoys solid support from the staff and the faith community of Saint Clarence. A dedicated core team of parents and adult volunteers is anxious to help you succeed in this position.

The successful candidate will be an active and practicing Roman Catholic with a vibrant and inviting personal and communal faith expression. (S)he should have good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated and energetic pastoral staff as well as the targeted groups mentioned above.

A working knowledge of Information Technology and Social Media is recommended. An earned Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
