Position Profile: Wildcat Shop Assistant Manager About the Position: Saint Ignatius High School, a highly successful Jesuit college preparatory school for boys in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Wildcat Shop. The Wildcat Shop Assistant Manager supports the mission of Saint Ignatius High School and the Wildcat Shop by maintaining a best-in-class customer service experience. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the operation of the Saint Ignatius High School Wildcat Online Shop, including customer service, marketing, merchandising, planning and purchasing. The Wildcat Shop Assistant Manager reports to the Wildcat Shop Manager and receives direction from the Vice President Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Primary Areas of Responsibility: • Create and implement an online store presence • Manage online store/ecommerce systems and projects • Assist with Wildcat Shop retail store operations • Assist Wildcat Shop manager in selecting relevant merchandise and negotiating with vendors • Develop and manage the School’s online sales budget • Update and maintain all social media sites related to the Wildcat Shop and Wildcat Online Shop • Market goods and services through various methods and mediums • Attend sales education and training events • Quickly and effectively react to client inquiries • Stay up-to-date with the latest internet marketing ideas and competition • Maintain a purchase order system for all inventory • Occasional evening and weekend hours required to manage special events • Maintain flexibility and perform other duties as requested/assigned Qualifications: • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with coursework in office technology, computer applications and business management • 3-4 years of experience • Experience in retail management required • Proficient use of NCR Counterpoint (or similar POS software) preferred • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms

About Saint Ignatius High School: Saint Ignatius High School, which opened its doors on September 6, 1886, is a Jesuit college-preparatory school. The school enrolls more than 1,400 young men who hail from 92 cities in an 11-county region.
