Saint Paschal Baylon Catholic School is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our faculty as the Technology Coordinator/Teacher. We are seeking a candidate who is able to adhere to the faith of the Catholic Church and uphold the traditions of academic excellence and faith formation of Saint Paschal Baylon Catholic School. Candidate will provide direct instruction to students in Grades PK-8 based on the standards set forth by the Diocese of Cleveland. The Technology Coordinator/Teacher is responsible for the upkeep and management of the school computer systems.

Professional Requirements: Successful teaching experience of 5 years at the elementary level Previous experience in a similar position preferred Three letters of recommendations pertaining to qualifications Valid Ohio teaching license; Computer Technology Endorsement preferred Virtus Training through the Diocese of Cleveland Religion certification or a willingness to enroll in the certification process Additional Responsibilities: Facilitate the integration of technology into grades PK – 8 Work with our technology company to manage and update devices, create support tickets, etc. Assist teachers in technology planning activities, STREAM and lesson plan development and execution Develop, oversee, and maintain school website Maintain iPads, Chromebooks, Google apps, GoGuardian, and internet filters Insure system integrity by updating internet filter/firewall; installing virus scan software and backups Train teachers in new equipment software Troubleshoot technology issues in real time for teachers and staff member Oversee Gradelink Student Information System Support the administration of online assessments, including support of physical set-up, required documentation, and data support Manage the school library Support the use of technology for special events Additional special projects or duties as assigned
