Walsh Jesuit High School is currently seeking a Receptionist to provide front-desk coverage at the school’s main entrance.

Primary responsibilities include professionally greeting students, employees, and visitors; operating a multi-line phone system and assisting callers; as well as sorting, distributing, and preparing mail. This position could be filled by one person on a full-time basis or two people on a part-time basis. All are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, at least six (6) months of experience in a similar position, and display Catholic/Christian values and spiritual life. Excellent communication skills and experience working with MS Office software, including Word and Excel, as well as various internet applications is also required. The ability to work some evenings and weekends is needed and prior experience working in a Catholic learning environment is preferred.
