As the Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Provision of any additional medication as deemed appropriate based on prescriber assessment
- Work with the Bridge Clinic Coordinator and agency staff to develop and implement service plans
- When necessary consult with patients assigned maintenance provider to identify barriers to successful transition
- Complete patient assessments and documentation through agency issued medical records systems
- Work Collaboratively with the Bridge Clinic Coordinator and other agency staff necessary to ensure services are delivered in accordance with agency mission
Nurse PractitionerMinimum Salary: $90.00
Nurse Practitioner Maximum Salary: $90.00
Nurse PractitionerSchedule: 8:30-4:30
On-call shifts: One week per month
Qualifications:
- NP, PA, or MD
- Current DEA Licensure
- Current Buprenorphine DATA waiver
- Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Active Liability/Malpractice Insurance
- 3-5 years experience
- Familiarity with and sensitivity to specialized needs of people with HIV, of people with substance abuse and mental health issues, people of color, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender individuals. Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds within client and staff populations
