As the Home Visitor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Develop and maintain a working relationship with parents in the program. Working to meet program goals
- Conduct developmental screenings (ASQ and ASQSE) at required increments as set by HFA, reviewing these with Child Development Specialists
- Maintaining communication with Early Intervention on a regular basis for any target child receiving services by CCDOH
- Maintain and utilize, the Healthy Families America Model and strategies within programming
- Be flexible and dependable in regard to work schedule and assignments
Family Support SpecialistMinimum Salary: $20.50
Family Support Specialist Maximum Salary: $21.00
Family Support SpecialistSchedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30-4:30
Thursday: 11-7
Qualifications:
- This position requires local travel with mileage reimbursement in personal car
- Driver's License
- 3 or more years experience with children
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience dealing with a diverse population
