Driftless Pass Special Education Support Specialist

Catholic Charities is looking to fill the role of a part-time Special Education Support Specialist. Under the supervision of the program director, the Support Specialist provides support to students enrolled at Driftless Pass in the form of mentoring, behavior management support, and tutoring based on the IEP of the student. Support Specialists will also help teachers and paraprofessionals ensure and maintain a safe learning environment.

The position is part-time, 29 hours a week between the times of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Part time benefits include Personal Leave Time (PLT), Holiday pay. and 401(k).

Background check, driving record check, driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required.

Must be prepared for physical interactions and to spend 50%-75% of your day moving and on your feet.

Pay is $15.00-$18.89 based on education and experience.
