What will you be doing in your role?

• Promote program awareness within the community for clients and other stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the agency marketing team to develop program recruitment and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor and update digital communications to recruit program participants.
• Build new and strengthen existing community referral partners.
• Manage and monitor program helpline and email inbox.
• Respond promptly to program inquiries, and screen possible participants for eligibility in CCFW programs.
• Enroll and/or refer clients to internal and external programs as appropriate.
• Maintain all required reporting and documentation for tracking program referrals.

Are you the next Intake & Outreach Specialist?

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 or more years of similar work experience, or a combination of work and education.
• Moderate local travel required for outreach purposes.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
