Program Statement:

Catholic Charities, Geauga County provides an array of services including, outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment; a family violence intervention group; case management for self-sufficiency; Help Me Grow; Bridges@Work, early childhood mental health program; and Whole Child Matters.

What you will do:

• Conduct assessments on assigned cases and determine diagnosis
• Complete treatment plans and discharge summaries on assigned
• Provide individual and family counseling
• Provide group counseling sessions
