Program Statement:
The outpatient therapist will work with a treatment team that includes psychiatric care, individual counseling, supported employment/education, family psychoeducation and case management that are all delivered in an integrated manner and is based at a community mental health agency in Ohio City.
What you will do:
- Provide mental health/case management treatment
- Work with clients to develop treatment plans and aftercare treatment options.
- Complete reporting measures to give information about the success of clientele.
- Coordinate care with other team members and the community.
