Catholic Charities, Geauga County is seeking a mission driven, enthusiastic individual to join our Early Childhood Mental Health Team as a full-time Case Manager! In your role you will teach social and emotional skills to preschool, kindergarten and young elementary children, following the Incredible Years curriculum. You will cover other case managers classrooms when needs require a substitute for the day. You will also provide teacher guidance, parenting guidance and behavior strategies that at times will be done in a family's home.

Qualified candidates will possess knowledge of child development, child screening & assessment.

Program Statement: Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) serves children, their families, and child care programs. The goal is to educate and improve the social and emotional well-being of children. This early intervention provides a bridge to additional resources and connection to services within the community.

What you will be doing:

• Providing the ECMH program at various settings including child care centers, kindergarten and elementary schools
• Provide coverage for other case managers classrooms as needs require 
• Providing support to child care teachers and child care providers in managing challenging behaviors
• Providing support to children and their families within the communities (at times in the family's home)
• Provide one on one emotional support to children
• Provide one on one parenting support
• Provide referrals to community resources
