Opportunities for AdvancementSTATEMENT OF THE JOB Under the direction of the Director of Field Operations for Behavioral Health, the Clinical Director IV (FATC) has responsibility for administrative and managerial operations in Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services Flatbush Addiction Treatment Center with the census 90 or more enrolled clients. Responsibilities also include supervision of supervisory level staff in the outpatient programs, assuring that program staff carries out their job responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner and maintain availability to management staff for consultation during all program hours of operation. The Clinical Director IV will be responsible for overseeing appropriateness and effectiveness of services, identification of gaps in the service delivery system, representing the Agency at meetings, conferences and public forums, strategic planning and implementation, development and implementation of processes and services that will improve the service delivery system, program development including monitoring supervision, compliance with budgets and contracts, agency policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and audit readiness and new initiatives. The Clinical Director IV is responsible for the continuous evaluation and reviews of all services offered by the FATC program to ensure that services are based on the principles of recovery and are both meaningful and instrumental to the acquisition of the life goals desired by each participant. The Clinical Director IV is responsible for ensuring that program is fiscally viable and providing any and all services that generate revenue to sustain the viability and efficacy of the program.
