SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting and supporting the Respect Life Denver Office with daily operations for the benefit of the ministry. Assists with parish engagement, client outreach and communication, community interaction, and relationship development with parishes to promote life and the dignity of services across all Catholic Charities ministries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Community Liaison with the Respect Life Denver Office at Catholic Charities (both individual & groups)
Communication Coordinator for Hispanic Community Outreach
Parish and Community Outreach Engagement
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from accredited four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing is preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$20.00-$23.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Dependent on location. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
