Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant or RDA to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. If you have a passion for dentistry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take digital dental x-rays
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical history
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Maintain infection control protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage dental receptionist duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
- Utilize dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft) for patient records and documentation

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant role is a plus, new graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for creating dental restorations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties and front office operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
