Cathedral Roofing Innovations, Inc. is currently hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at our Naples, Florida location. Our Sales Representatives are responsible for professionally running company leads, creating self-generated leads, inspecting roofing systems, providing customers with estimates while providing superior communication along with knowledge, maintaining a specified geographic territory, participate in training and networking events, travel to and from appointments and report to Sales Manager and Owners. JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

· Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.

· Must have own reliable transportation with the ability to travel within designated territory.

· Attend training and networking events.

· Running appointments for both company leads and self-generated leads.

· Able to manage/climb ladders and work at heights.

· Maintain accurate records with detailed documentation.

· Knowledge and know how to effectively operate electronic devices.

· Establishing goals and committing to reaching them.

· Attention to detail with time management skills.

· Ability to maintain steadfast electronic communication with customers and follow through.

· Participate in conferences, industry events and collaborative functions.

· Perform roof inspections with detailed documentation including photos.

· Maintain positive relationships with our entire team at Cathedral Roofing.

· Adopt our company policies and procedures.

· Must be self-motivated with the desire to learn new ways and/or new things.

· Willingness to be a part of a team of positive professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· 2 years sales experience preferred (Not Required)

· 1 year Prior Roofing experience Preferred (Not Required)

· Able to work independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

· Proficiency in current computer technology plus the ability to learn new systems.

· Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

· Must work with and positively interact with others.

· Ability to juggle schedules, including anticipating weather and its effects, details, and outcomes.

· Unlimited proactive mindset.

· Construction experience is a plus.

· Prior Roofing in the state of Florida is preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Valid FL driver’s license.

· Able to climb ladders and work at heights.

COMPENSATION:

• This position offers a commission plan.

Pay: $92,545.02 - $111,452.07 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Up to 100% travel
