GENERAL SUMMARY

Under some supervision and following established policies and department procedures, provide loan support to the assigned Loan Officers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Order and/or update the loan documentation, appraisal report, title premium or date down, environmental report, and field audit request prior to new loan entry to underwriting system or line renewal/amendment.
  • Collect and input data, loan structures, covenants, and borrower's information to underwriting system for new loan/renewal/annual review/amendment/modification as assigned by the account officer before circulating to CAD for underwriting.
  • Prepare routine portfolio or other reports for the designated officer.
  • Assist with various account monitoring activities including following up on financial reporting, exception items, and past due loan collection with borrowers.
  • Coordinate and circulate linesheet exception to AO, team manager and/or senior management for approval.
  • Coordinate past due insurance tracking and follow-up with insurance agent for renewal. Upon receipt of the updated insurance, circulate to CLPM and LSD for record.
  • Maintain tickler items and ensure accuracy of required items.
  • Image documents to Vision Content; confirm the Imaging Department has uploaded legal documents correctly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: College degree in accounting or business preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience, preferably in loan administration or commercial lending. Some underwriting experience preferred.
  • Skills/Ability: PC proficient and detail oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/ Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.

$20.19 - $26.44 / hour
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
