If you want to help us do the work that helps our customers build a better world, apply!What you will do:Partner to support the Change Management Consultant in execution of change management deliverables.Develop and distribute communications materials, such as written communications, presentation materials, etc. to deliver key messages.Support coordination of events such as workshops, roadshows, training, and development of related materials.Participate in the planning and execution of employee communications programs within the organization.Collaboratewith internal stakeholders and advising on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts.Track and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications.Create content for employee communication channels; ensuring that messaging and branding are consistent across all channels.Partner with Executive Sponsors & Division communications team to provide communications support to Executive Sponsor.What you will have:Experience: Background in change management or support in change management.Effectiveness Measurement: Knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement. Reports measurement results in actionable form to management.Establishing and Maintaining Trust: Knowledge of developing and maintaining trust; ability to develop trusting relationships and provide solicited, respected, and valued perspectives to clients/peers that guide thinking, facilitate issue resolution, and enhance client/peer capabilities.Interpersonal Relationships and Communicating for Impact: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. Knowledge of the concepts, tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receive, transmit and accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situations.Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.Copywriting and Editing: Knowledge of copywriting and editing; ability to write, review and edit texts and documents to promote marketing.
