Duties:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a childcare setting
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about the child's progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience in nannying, caregiving, or babysitting
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Ability to handle and manage challenging behaviors
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Note: Experience working with students or in an educational setting is a plus.
