About us
Catching Flights Bar and Grille is a small business in Gilbert, AZ. We are customer-centric, collaborative, engaging and our goal is to be the Neighborhood Go To Spot for Sports, Entertainment, Food, Drinks and Fun.
We are looking for a competent individual to be the next FOH at our Gilbert, AZ location. You will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience at all times. FOH experience is preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare and serve food and alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Responsible for opening and closing duties including cleaning, stocking, opening and closing duties
- Perform side work such as dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, wiping tables or other duties assigned by managers
- Follow all health and safety standards
Competencies:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with little direct supervision
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk, bend, reach and climb in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced position that requires quick thinking and nimble movements that are not easily slowed down by routine tasks or repetitive actions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.35 per hour
