You are responsible for maintaining the center’s arcade, structures, equipment, building, and systems. As a Technician, you are to ensure the ongoing service and repairs of the items within the facility are tended to in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of the games, simulators and attractions.
Welcoming and engaging with guests with a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency
Performing electrical, mechanical, and technical work related to construction, repairs, preventive and scheduled maintenance
Troubleshooting and preforming repairs on it hardware, structures, systems, and equipment
Disassembling, replacing and repairing mechanical and electrical components or parts
Maintaining inventory records
Perform Opening, Running and Closing duties as needed
Ensuring supplies, tools, and materials as maintained at required levels
Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility

REQUIREMENTS

Prior technical and guest service experience is preferred
Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends
General knowledge/skill set on the repair and maintenance of arcades and other similar games
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Basic knowledge of computers systems and some general point of sale operations.
Rudimentary knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and computer peripherals.
