Position Title: Carpenter - Skilled Labor

Location: Majority of work within 30 miles of downtown Kansas City, MO

Starting Wage: $25-$30/hour plus overtime

Travel: Required during Catastrophic national events (ie. Hurricanes)

We at Catastrophe Control Restoration Services (“CCRS”) specialize in property damage remediation and reconstruction. We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Carpenter to enhance our team's capabilities. We excel in restoring and transforming spaces to their former glory or better, ensuring both high-quality finishes and structural integrity. Knowledge of proper construction techniques is critical during both the demolition and reconstruction phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work collaboratively within a labor crew to oversee and contribute to projects from start to finish.

· Execute a broad range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom projects, adhering to project requirements.

· Ensure all work complies with industry standards and project specifications.

· Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to guarantee projects are completed on time and to everyone's satisfaction.

· Generate leads through exemplary work and customer service, with the opportunity to earn commissions on self-generated leads.

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years of experience in the construction or restoration industry, with a strong emphasis on carpentry skills.

· Proven ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately.

· Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel for projects 1-3 months per year.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Ability to lift heavy materials and work under various weather conditions.
