Busy Ophthalmology Practice in Nacogdoches, Texas, seeks an experienced individual to fill a full time front office receptionist position. Primary duties will include, but not be limited to the following;
- Checking In and Checking Out Of Patients
- Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Scheduling Patient Appointments
- General Front Office Duties
Candidate must possess the following personal traits and skills sets;
- Must Have A Professional Attitude and Appearance
- General Computer and Good Typing Skills
- One Year Minimum Medical Front Office Experience
- Experience With Electronic Practice or Medical Management Systems Preferred
- Must Have Good communication Skills, Be A Proficient and Organized Multitasker, With An Energetic Positive Disposition
