Primary Responsibilities:
Candidate Qualities & Qualifications:
Supervision Received: Reports to Clinic Executive Director
Typical Physical Demands: Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for an extended period of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull equipment and wheelchairs weighing 200 pounds. Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately. Requires exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids.
Typical Working Conditions: Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, toxic substances, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment. Work is indoors in a climate controlled environment.

PDP focuses on driving performance improvement, not cost cutting. We believe that a narrow focus on cost cutting only serves to reduce patient care. PDP wants to be the physician’s partner for the long-term (10 years). Our current partnerships include multiple ophthalmology practices across the East coast.
