Multi Site Coordinator (Before, After School & Summer)
Part-time | West New York, NJ

The Multi Site Coordinator will work full time hours (8 hour day) over the summer and part-time hours (4-5 hours/day) during the school year, with the potential to become full-time based on enrollment.
How you’ll be there for educators, administrators and families:
Be their guide. Be their collaborator. Be their advocate.
- Develop relationships with the school administration and staff, and parents at the assigned school.
- Work with Program Supervisor on program recruitment for both students and maintaining staff.
- Collaborate with the Program Supervisor of the program to ensure the program’s success; both academically and financially
- Coordinate and facilitate daily program operations; including staff scheduling, maintain site attendance, and tuition reimbursements!
- Maintains Program Quality Standards as per the Office of Licensing
- Maintains Supplies inventory and distribution.
- Plans for curriculum and program activities

What we’ll need from you:
The positive, enthusiastic Site Coordinator we seek has these qualifications.
- Love for children
- Early childhood experience
- Transportation
- Associates degree or 60 hours of college
- CDA certification (preferred)
- Certified in Pediatric CPRT/First Aide
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google
- Meet the Office of Licensing requirements for Site Coordinator.
