- Ensure profitability is achieved to budgeted and other expectations
- Monitor and adjust to guest satisfaction with vigorous attention to quality control.
- Constant monitoring of organization, production and product execution across all areas of food and beverage.
- Promote a positive interaction and experience with dining guests.
- Assign staff duties and responsibilities for kitchens, bar and restaurant.
- Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food.
- Handle staffing responsibilities: hiring, training, scheduling, and terminating.
- Promote cooperative effort, teamwork and good morale among staff.
- Supervise staff in food production, customer service, and cleaning.
- Purchasing and Inventory.
- Manage quality throughout all areas of the operation.
- Maintain sales and profit records, expenditures, maintain financial reports.
- Perform inspections to check proper operation and safety of equipment.
- Establish safe procedures and oversee kitchen safety techniques.
- Establish menus and pricing for restaurant, bar, cafeteria, or other events.
- Oversee process for proper food handling and food storage techniques.
- Drive private event sales team as well as operational execution for all private and special events.
