We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Medical Receptionist/ Urgent Care to help assist customers during peak visiting hours. The Medical Receptionist / Urgent Care will be the face of our organization, so the ideal candidate will have experience with the public and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Medical Receptionist/Urgent Care will answer multiple phone lines, greet visitors to our organization and offer help where needed. Financial intake pw and data entry. Working hours are

Mon: 7am-3:30pm 30min lunch

Tues :11:00am-7:30pm 30 min lunch

Wed :11:00am -7:30pm 30 min lunch

Thursday: 11:00am-7:30pm 30 min Lunch

Fri: 7am-3:30pm 30 min lunch

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and assist clients by obtaining information relevant to the Catalyst Life Services, answer phones and direct calls.
• Provide clients with general information about Catalyst Life Services.
• Answer general questions.
• Answer general questions that arise during the course of the workday.
• Finacial Intake
• Scheduling
• Data Entry

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED with course work in office practices and procedures and word processing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Valid Ohio Driver's license with an acceptable driving record and current vehicle insurance

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)```Duties```

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the medical office
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the medical scheduling system
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and retrieval
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed

- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with electronic medical records systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a medical setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
