An applicant who SHINES will have the following:
· Must be at least 18 years of age with a HS diploma or GED
· Minimum 12 units in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or an Associate Teacher Permit (or higher)*
· At least 6 months – 1 year of experience working with children in a licensed setting preferred
· Ability to clear fingerprints/background check
*May qualify for a position if not all education requirements are met
