The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the housekeeping department ensuring the ultimate comfort, cleanliness, safety and standards for all guests and employees.
· Perform any other duties assign by his/her manager.
· Maximize financial performance through revenue management

· Provides excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests.
· Takes proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns.
· Extends professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times.
· Responds timely to customer service department request.
· Ensures all team members meet or exceed all hospitality requirements.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
