The Engine Biller is responsible for maintaining and coordinating equipment invoicing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·Process approved sales orders in our system.

·Review shipping records for correct sales taxes applied to sales orders.

·Review sales orders for accuracy.

·Invoice engine and rental power sales.

·Report sales of CAT equipment and ownership changes to Caterpillar.

·Invoice down payments and/or deposit invoices.

·Assist in adding/removing estimates.

·Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

·High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

·Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

·Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

·Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

·Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

·Basic computer skills with programs such as Word for Windows, Lotus, Excel, Power Point, etc. are required.
