Customer service is at the heart of our business at Cat Pumps Corporation. As one of our valued Sales Coordinators, you will provide professional and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Uses your excellent data entry skills coupled with professional telephone and email skills to ensure customer orders are properly entered and processed.
• Handles authorizing and preparing paperwork for credits which will be issued to customers as needed
• Communicates with customers regarding: (1) product pricing and availability, (2) placing orders, (3) tracing delivery of orders, (4) return authorizations, and (5) assisting with navigation of our website.
• Handles other responsibilities as assigned including, but not limited to: (1) scanning items into an e-file system, (2) maintaining select items associated with customer records on the computer system, (3) coordinating export documents for orders shipping to Canada, (4) backing up other members of our Sales & Customer Service team when needed.

To perform the job successfully, an individual must demonstrate the following competencies:

• Good phone etiquette which includes listening skills and friendly/pleasant personality in assisting customers
• Accurate data entry
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to "get it done"
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent residency, as we are unable to sponsor candidates.
