Our company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to direct business operations, financial policies and accounting. The Chief Financial Officer will also supervise management activities and implement corporate, financial and budgeting programs. To be considered for this position, you must be an innovative, results-oriented self-starter who can work well with other executives. Company specialisizes in component manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of the organization's financial goals and objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis to determine the best course of action in a variety of situations.
• Mentor other financial officers at the organization.
• Communicate with investors, board members, and other stakeholders.
• Manage money and financial records.
• Locate opportunities for financial growth.
• Develop strategic plans based on financial needs.
• Help develop training programs for employees.
• Manage the flow of money into and out of the business.

• Familiar with manufacturing, accounting, and business practices
• Worked with Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) softwares
• Performed month-end book closings
• Worked with Insurance, 401k, Medical, Etc. business services negotiations
• Familiar with multiple site location management

Requirements

• 4 Years experience as acting Controller, VP of Finance or CFO
• Experience working with manufacturing companies
• A degree related to Finance or Accounting
• Eligible to work in the US
• Able to work on-site, in-person 5 days a week
