CASTLEHILL BISTRO is a small business in Edinburg, TX. We are professional, agile and social.
We are seeking a friendly and courteous Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment by providing quality customer service while quickly making and serving drinks. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for checking identification upon entering the establishment and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area.
Responsibilities:
- Mix cocktails for guests.
- Use mixing equipment.
- Serve cocktails to guests.
- Politely greet customers and inform them of additional food and drink options.
- Repeat orders to customers.
- Politely handle customer complaints.
- Deal with difficult guests.
- Greet customers when they enter the bar.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Shift:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
