This job is for moving, handling, pick-up, delivery, receiving furniture and other items, and warehouse tasks along with the general cleaning and maintenance of properties.

Job for both males and females

Job tasks include:

• Post-construction cleaning
• High and low window cleaning
• Pressure cleaning
• Dusting
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Wiping
• Vacuuming
• Upkeep
• Keeping equipment neat and tidy
• Welcoming delivery trucks.
• Receiving, inspecting, lifting, handling, and organizing furniture and other items.
• Packaging and preparing deliveries.
• Set up, removal, and disposal of items and furniture.
• Moving furniture and items.
• Carefully manage fragile items.
• Maintenance, organizing, and cleaning.
• Driving company van/truck to jobsite (When applicable)
• etc.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Handy with basic tools and equipment
• Integrity

Rate begins at $12.00 - $14.00 depending on experience.

* Need to have good/clean criminal record and valid driver's license and be legally allowed to work in the U.S. *

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
