Job Details DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Buyer to support the organization in a vital role by performing various administrative tasks for the buying team. This will include completing activities such as running and analyzing sales reports, processing orders, following up on orders and returns. You will support the buyers as needed to ensure the stores are replenished of needed inventory. Must have excellent Excel skill set Responsibilities / Duties Include But Not Limited To
Coordinate and communicate sales orders with designated buyers
Researching and analyzing various sources of data and providing written summaries of recommendations to buyers
Monitor, maintain and track sell through reports of designated departments
Process purchase orders and returns in the distribution center
Skills
Must be detail oriented.
Must be adept at problem identification and resolution.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and possess a high level of initiative.
Must be intermediate in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
Experience RequiredTwo (2) years’ experience in sales administration and support required. Retail soft lines is a major plus! Mon-Fri 8am-5pm 100% on site position
