Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry work - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment using schematics and technical manuals - Fabricate or weld components as needed - Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain inventory - Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to work with logic controllers - Proficiency in performing mechanical repairs and troubleshooting - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels - Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Health insurance coverage - Retirement plan options - Paid time off and holidays If you have the skills and qualifications required for this position, we invite you to apply by submitting your resume.
