The retail boutique salesperson plays a crucial role in providing an excellent customer experience and driving sales within a boutique setting. Retail boutique salespeople should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion or the boutique's specific products, and a customer-centric approach to sales. They are expected to have a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers, providing personalized service, and helping them find the right products.
• Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the boutique's products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Sales: Actively engaging with customers to meet sales goals and targets, upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.
• Merchandising: Arranging and restocking merchandise, ensuring the boutique is well-organized and visually appealing.
• POS Operations: Operating the point-of-sale system, handling card transactions, and managing returns and exchanges.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels, reporting low stock, and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Store Maintenance: Keeping the store clean, ensuring a safe and inviting shopping environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues, assisting in training new hires, and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
