They are expected to have a friendly and approachable demeanor. Responsibilities include:
Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers, providing personalized service, and helping them find the right products.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the boutique's products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Sales: Actively engaging with customers to meet sales goals and targets, upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.
Merchandising: Arranging and restocking merchandise, ensuring the boutique is well-organized and visually appealing.
POS Operations: Operating the point-of-sale system, handling card transactions, and managing returns and exchanges.
Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels, reporting low stock, and assisting with stock replenishment.
