Castle Hills HOA is Hiring a Facilities Maintenance - The Lakes at Castle Hills Near Lewisville, TX

Responsible for daily maintenance to be done around the outside and inside of the clubhouse, parking lot areas as directed. Duties include general facility maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, light construction, painting, cleaning, and supervision of contracted projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1.  Daily removal of trash and debris from parking lots, bedding areas, and grass areas. 
  2.  Using a power blower, clean all sidewalks, staging areas and parking lots (daily). 
  3.  General upkeep of the Clubhouse, Pool, Tennis, and all club buildings 
  4.  Put up and take down holiday decorations around and inside the main clubhouse if applicable. 
  5.  Responsible for seeing that daily assignments is completed in the respective areas, to meet Club standards and as communicated in the Star Service FOCUS.
  6.  Assist fellow Employee Partners, Members and guests to ensure delivery of the 3 steps of service without being directed. Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.
  7.  Notify supervisor of Member/Guest complaints at the time they occur. Rectify, practicing service recover, any complaints as soon as possible. 

OTHER ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Because of the fluctuating demands of the Club's operation, it may be necessary that each Employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other Employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or as directed. 
  2. Adhere to all of the various company, club and department written mandatory standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, memos, oral instructions, etc., all of which go to make up the essential functions of the job. 
  3. Ability to work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at any given time 
  4. Ability to focus attention on detail.
  5. Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas and assuring that others are acting safely. 
  6. Attendance at daily line-up and participating as requested. 
  7. Wearing a CLEAN and neat uniform that follows CHGC uniform standards daily. .

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: General Manager and Executive Chef

WORK EXPERIENCE: No prior work experience is required.

EDUCATION: High school diploma preferred. 

TRAINING: Knowledge of tools, materials, etc in golf course maintenance 

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT: outdoor work year round and possible extreme temperature variations
