The Kitchen Staff member will be working directly with our kitchen manager to help improve the guest food service experience. They will assist on wide range of things, like food ordering, conducting a monthly inventory breakdown, and creating a new food menu. This is fast-moving kitchen so we are looking for someone who can multitask as well as provide leadership qualities in helping improve our kitchen.
This Kitchen Staff associate will provide exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customers.

Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
One (1) year of experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Dependable, detailed oriented and able to multitask.
Computer literacy:
Intermediate command of computer hardware/software is required; specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Experience in maintaining a website is desired.
Language requirements:
Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Travel and availability requirements:
May be required to travel for training sessions off-site on an ad-hoc basis. May be occasionally required to cover for front desk staff at other communities within a reasonable commuting distance when needed.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends on as needed basis.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and possessing physical stamina. Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time. Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain). Walk and climb stairs. Handle, grasp, feel objects and equipment. Reach with hands and arms. Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word

Working Conditions:
