YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

Our Sanitation Associate is a company asset, helping to ensure that all employees and customers maintain a positive experience while on-site. Providing a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, you will maintain the offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and break areas. This is a part-time, regularly scheduled position; however, shift/hours may be flexible for the highly motivated individual.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Empty waste bins and recycling from offices, lobby areas and conference rooms; tidy and organize as needed.
• Clean employee lunchroom/kitchen according to cleaning schedule (floors, microwaves, refrigerator, tables, sink etc.)
• Maintain and clean restrooms; restock restroom supplies as needed.
• Mop floors and vacuum in office and guest areas.
• Maintain cleaning inventory, notifying Quality Manager and/or Vice-President when supplies are low.
• Assist with ground keeping and additional sanitation duties as assigned; Follow sanitation schedule.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• GED or High School diploma (preferred)
• Read and write the English language.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, reach and climb stairs for entire shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
