Responsibilities

• Must be comfortable talking on the phone
• Take incoming service calls
• Place outgoing calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Follow-up on all leads
• Serve as liaison between the service department and customers (contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times, etc.)
• Get customers in our service department

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience

• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

• Prompt and courteous demeanor

• Positive and hardworking personality

• Strong computer skills

• Valid driver’s license
