• Maintain open communication among nursing shifts, departments, supervisors, physicians, and families.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring understanding of purpose and adverse effects.
• Complete documentation for assessments, planning, evaluations, and care provided to residents.
• Act as a resource person, mentor, and supervisor for residents' care and staff guidance.
• Utilize professional assessment skills to identify residents' needs and develop care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions, coordinate appointments, and follow up on consultant recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in facility safety drills and activities.

• Excel's in a high paced environment 
• MUST have TCU Experience 
• Current MN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required and must be in good standing.
• BLS/ CPR Certificate.
• Knowledge of State and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on with residents.
