**Duties:**

- Assist the Manager in daily tasks and operations

- Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy

- Assist in marketing strategies to promote products/services

- Collaborate with the team to set pricing strategies

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as payroll and scheduling

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
